Senator Mackie moved that HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                         
130(JUD) An Act relating to immunity for sale or transfer of a                 
firearm; relating to administrative functions performed by and fees            
charged by the Department of Public Safety for transfer of a firearm           
become law notwithstanding the Governors veto.                                 
                                                                               
Senator Halford called the Joint Session. The call was satisfied.              
                                                                               
Representative Barnes rose to a point of order. President Pearce ruled

Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the Joint                
Session stand in adjournment. Without objection, President Pearce              
adjourned the Joint Session at 2:34 p.m.
